If you call, text or email us, we keep the contents of those messages.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. This data is used to keep the site running and secure. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. We do not currently use advertising cookies or analytics tracking.

- Web3Forms, which delivers the quote form to our email.
- Our website hosting provider.
- The payment app you choose to pay with, such as Zelle or Venmo.

How long we keep information
We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
